Re: APPLIANCES ONLY – Appliances must be picked up from Peerless Joinery at 65 -67 Princess St, Riverstone, NSW, 2765, during business hours (Monday to Friday).
Direct delivery is available (for Sydney Metropolitan areas only) at a flat rate of $70.00. – This must be specified when checking out.
All other items (hinges, knobs, handles, storage devices, and lighting ETC) will be delivered directly to specified address which will incur a $15.00 flat rate shipping Fee.
All products (Except Appliances) will be delivered within 7 – 10 working Days subject to availability
Appliances will be delivered or available for pickup within 7 – 10 working Days subject to availability
Guarantees
Peerless Joinery, certifies that products supplied by our company to the customer as specified in the schedule below are subject to a replacement guarantee. The replacement offer is only available to the original purchaser and covers the full replacement of products in the event that defects in workmanship or materials used to produce the products occur.
To claim a replacement for a faulty or defective product, a sample of the product and an application summary of the product are required to be forwarded to the company marked to the attention of The Product Manager or Sales Representative.
Claims for replacement products will not be recognised where attempts have been made by the purchaser or any other persons unauthorised by Peerless Joinery to alter, repair or modify the product or where products have been incorrectly installed, stored, maintained or used.
Peerless Joinery will not be liable for any claims of liability, damage, loss, costs and expenses incurred either directly or indirectly or as a result or consequence of any claim made or proceedings threatened or commenced by any third party or otherwise be liable to supply an indemnity for liability or loss resulting from or contributed to the use of our products.
